Below average Burger King. Food was normal but the Coke was really disgusting. Employees were very nice.Food: 3/5

Place is absolutely disgusting employees are lazy an make there own hours there own menu and just steal money from people. They literally marked my wrapper with how I ordered it then still made it wrong on two of them. I then went back through the drive thur to get it fixed not even 5 mins later and they said they were outta meat an closed but Google says 24 hour also made me place my order on the app an not thur the drive thur and said they don't sell shakes but it's all over there menu lol!!! And now to get refunded I've gotta go through the app instead of dealing with humans absolutely absurd . DONT GO HERE EVER!!

This post is for anyone that has been told the restrooms are out of order. They are lying. On 9/8/23 @6:34pm, I stop here for lunch like I’ve done several times before. On a few occasions, I’ve had to use the restroom but was told each time they are out of order. Today was different because as I was entering through the side door, I see one of the workers exiting the ladies room. As I’m walking to the restroom, the worker gives me a look and says, “it’s out of order” and she continues talking to the two guys hanging out inside the lobby. I should mention this scenario is nothing unusual at this location with the staff at this hour, they always sitting around and holding conversations like they are at an event and not work. Anyway, the worker whom I’m familiar with from previous visits has now completely turned her back to me while entertaining the two guys in lobby. I said. “Excuse me but is both restrooms out of…” she cut me off in mid sentence why old still giving full attention to the guy in front of her and says, “they both out of order while working on our plumbing”…. Moments later while waiting on my food order, a guy walks inside and ask cashier to use restroom, without hesitation she immediately ask store manager for key. Now I’m looking for the worker in picture 1 to ask why was I denied restroom service. The store manager in picture 2 starts laughing, now I’m becoming agitated. Especially as I see the first employee who refused me entry to restroom come behind counter thinking she was going to package my order…without washing her hands and visibly eating food with her bare hands behind counter. Not on my watch so again, I spoke up. The entire unprofessional staff should be fired or retrained. I suggest corporate install working cameras to monitor their employees behavior. The store manager is just as bad as her employees. They all goof around as if they are not paid to do a job.

Gross. The fries taste nasty they need to change their oil. I open the bag and the sandwich paper is ripped, sloppy ketchup everywhere and the bun is upside down. I am not eating this are you kidding. I went and got my $8 back…the fast food chains are starting to be so expensive, I’d rather take my $8 and go get a local burger.Food: 1/5

I recently visited Burger King with high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by exceptionally poor customer service. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing adequate service. Despite a short queue, it took an unreasonable amount of time to place my order, with employees appearing more focused on socializing than attending to customers. When it finally came time to order, the cashier displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. They seemed indifferent to my questions and requests, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, the order was incorrectly processed, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Tables were dirty, floors were littered with trash, and there was a noticeable lack of effort in maintaining basic hygiene standards. Despite attempting to voice my concerns to a manager, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment. Overall, my experience at Burger King was incredibly disappointing due to the abysmal level of customer service. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to others.

Food was good. Efficient service. Server was polite and explained Limited offerings. Disappointed there was no coffee and saw no napkins in the eating area. Otherwise the store was clean and acceptable. Server was very nice.Food: 5/5

This is a 0 not even a 1 star! I have never been treated so badly. Visiting from out of state, upon ordering was ignored by a young man that had just come in to work. No uniform, his own clothing at register. He pretended he didn't hear us, just looked at us and turned the other way until after several minutes another employee came to help us. He did not look happy to do so. Also, asking to use the restroom afterwards was ignored by the same young man until someone else came to give me the key. There was one very nice young lady who did help us with the order and even said Hola to my Spanish speaking mom. Half of the staff were not in uniform, talking and just "hanging out" instead of working. I could not believe that we were straight being ignored and treated as if we were not wanted there! I was angry and hurt for being treated this way for no apparent reason, it ruined my entire day not wanting it to ruin my opinion on Atlanta.

This is the best Burger King and Southwest area of Atlanta. The food is right. The atmosphere is perfect. The customer service is great. Mainly the food is prepared right Burger King on the southwest side should be closed down, which is Greenbrier old national and especially BANK. Terrible customer service very nasty, the food is throw together half the time they don’t have what you want but this location North Avenue I love you guys keep doing a good job and keep us coming. I come every week.

Onion rings taste halfway cooked. Dr. Pepper does not taste like Dr. Pepper. I got onion rings but they did not give me the sauce. The lady at the window was useless. Customer service there needs an overhaul. I big waste of time and my $15 for a fast food meal #fastfoodFupFood: 2/5

6:26pm only three employees working the store, one cooking, one on the drive- through and the other working the counter. The two employees working the front act they did not want to be there, know customer service. It was so bad I didn't even want to stay to order any food. After reading some of the reviews I can see why they have a 3 rating. I wonder if the store owner every reads these reviews.
