The staff is unprofessional & rude, always stating they are out of food at night time and we come today and you guys are out of food because you have to clean in the morning, but you still have an hour of work left??? If you can’t do your jobs and actually put out food, then close. If you don’t like your job, do better and find a better position to put yourself in!
I feel bad having to eat out now but in a pinch, I’m glad I chose this Burger King. The man on drive thru apologized for my wait, which doesn’t happen often. He was super polite and seemed to be working the front alone. Still, he was so pleasant. Idk who the cook was but my food was fresh and still well put together. My burger looked like the commercial lol. I felt like they were working hard and I wanted to just say thank you.
Drive thru. Staff was efficient and nice. Only one order allowed through the drive thru which I have never been told before. We were grabbing dinner for an elderly couple as well as our family so it was a bit more complicated than it needed to be with both on one receipt. We were the only customers in sight, so not busy when we went. The lady at the drive thru was nice enough to let us add a forgotten item at the window without issues or attitude. The food was hot and tasted great. Overall, I would go there again except I would place both orders on the app to avoid receipt issues on 2 orders combined in to one at the drive thru.
The food was prepared properly. Smelled of bleach but that was neglible. Fries were awesome ... Light golden and crispy. Overall good experience.
The man that was handing me my food had dirty hands and his fingernails also had dirt all under them. If your working in food you should be wearing gloves and washing your hands, wasted my money and I'll just go to what burger down the street from now on
Food was OK, service was slow. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky. Homeless people wondering in looking for hand outs. Personally i will not be back k to this location. This place needs serious help.
The young lady working the drive through window sounded exhausted and like she rather be anywhere but there. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt... When I got to the window I recognized her exhaustion and was as nice as I could be to her and guess what!? She smiled and chatted a bit and even laughed. That felt good to make her laugh. I hope you had a good rest of your shift! BTW... My food was yummy and prepared with kindness, it always has a better flavour that way.;- p.s. I was the guy daydreaming. Kid-friendliness: The girl at the window seemed like she would be quite friendly with little ones. Parking: There seemed to be ample parking with most spaces close to the entrance. Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the spaces were very near the door.
I had the worst experience at Burger King. The workers were rude. My uncle and I came in to make two different purchases and the general manager would not let us use two different coupons. We are our own customers and she said because we came in together we couldn’t use two. I am very angry because I am my own customer regardless if I came in with my uncle or not. I will not be returning to this location all workers here are horrible and mean
Given I was only there to grab and go not dine in, the place didn't smell funky, looked relatively clean, and my food was on point. Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper which I've had and really does taste like a normal whopper lol
Waited 10 minutes for fresh chicken but they couldn’t make fresh onion rings in that time? First time I’ve had an issue with them so I’m hoping this doesn’t become the norm...
