Food is always fresh, and service is always prompt and friendly. Order is always accurate.Food: 5/5
Was the only place subway shared store as well in the entire food court which was open on a Sunday afternoon. While the food was yummy the person missed to provide a tray for us even though we indicated the order was to dine in. But, they were sure to provide trays for USDA executives who ordered after us. So we asked and got the tray for us too. Very nice Burger King, they are super friendly. Beautiful place to take your family and friends in Downtown.

Terrible customer service , lady at the desk frowning and Asked what do I want and basically threw my drink at me
Standard. If you like the standard American diet, you can get a lot of it here for very little money. Personally I love the Whopper with the special order of "heavy everything". This location is in the fast food court of the RenCen and there are a nice assortment of choices.
Food was standard. The fact that you don't honor the BK official coupons, that every other location honors, is going to stop me from coming here very much. If you are going to call yourself BK, you should accept their mobile offers. ^ Probably because it's the nicest building in the city and flooded with so many professionals, who will just pay whatever. Profits must be satisfactory, but maybe some day they won't be and this will be shut down.... There are other unique/higher-class options to eat at in the RenCen, that also probably don't offer or accept coupons, but at least will offer something I can't get 1:1 for half price out of the city at dozens of full-size BKs in the area.
"We don't accept coupons" Okay, well I am here 5 days a week, so that's a lot of business you are missing out on. BK should close this dump. So we can get a Wendy's or a taco bell or something.
This is a pretty typical Burger King, though it's slower than many. They will not honor coupons at all, however. Some employees are friendly, and some not so much.
