I cannot speak for the entire staff; but the window cashier who checked me out yesterday was the worst. Not sure why people still behave in such a manner, during the current climate. I ordered a double -add tomato. It was repeated back to me at the intercom. When I got to the window, she gave me my total and took my card accidentally gave her my PayPal card. She gave me the bag and walked away. She returned and informed me that my card was declined. I said, 'Ok. I ordered a double cheeseburger with ,' handing her the bag. She said, 'Your card was declined,' taking the bag, but still not addressing the issue. I gave her the correct card, which processed the payment, and she just handed me back the same WRONG order. Feeling a little suspicious, I pulled up a little and checked my order. Sure enough, there was still no tomato. I then pulled around to park in the front and went inside. I believe it was a manager who got my order straightforward out. Still, before I left, I had to check it again. I love a good flame-broiled with , but I hate to be treated like I am so unimportant or less important than the next paying burger lover.
Well, Burger King is Burger King. The food is what you'd expect it to be. Not great, but not bad. It's consistently 'pretty good' and that's all I have to say. At the very least, the building was nice and clean!
Bathroom was filthy. Water standing on the floor in areas not surrounding the sink. 3 employees taking their time waiting on customers and preparing food. No apology for delayed service from shift manager. Used BK app for coupon but not thanked by employee either. Felt like I was interrupting something or bothering the employees by ordering food from this restaurant
The guy giving me my food seemed like he was on edge like he's not getting paid enough or something, but i could see him at least try to be nice waited for like 5 mins an went home 9/10 if you dont like the job you have just find a nother one Kid-friendliness: No seen a guy either having fun with his...... Clean place. Good deal for 2 persons just $10. Fries were hot and burgers were alright for the price not hot enought Parking: Great parking when not so many customers
Very bad service and shift manager needs more training addressing to the customer. No ice for your drinks and restaurant is in very poor conditions and uploaded a photo to proof it. I ordered thru my mobile app and ordered for dine in, after 20 minutes I had to go and ask for my food and it wasn't even ready. Didn't even give me my drinks. When I asked for my drinks, the manager in a very rude manner asked me for my receipt like if I was lying. Never expected this type of customer service at this location. I would really appreciate if the distric manager could respond to this message.
Tasty burger really good.
Make sure you check your orders. Seems like the drive through gets their food faster than the people who go inside. It seems like I wait forever for the food when I go inside. Make sure to ask for napkins and any sauces that you may want.
I used to love eating at Burger King till they started giving me cold bread
This is a nice, small and conveniently located Burger King on South Wayside at the Gulf Freeway. It's clean and dine in service is prompt.
