Burger King

I’m pleased that we were able to get Breakfast and Lunch, thank you that was great.!! Our food was Hot, fresh and flavorful..! Staff was friendly, helpful and the drive thru was very quick!

Waited too long on a sunday for my food this is fast service not long service . You put behind people schedule Food: 4/5

If you are in a hurry, DO NOT waste your time! You will be waiting here forever Even if you are the only one in line you will still be waiting There is NO sense of urgency. There are Plenty of other restaurants nearby. If you want "Fast" food, make a different choice. There's no such thing as a quick burger here! Unbelievable!!Food: 3/5

Ordered 2 impossible burger meals. Food was delicious. Damon, I believe his name is, took my order and he was very professional and courteous. Service was great and the Restaurant was very clean.Food: 5/5

I made an order and paid for it using the Burger King mobile app. I chose the Burger King location across from the Capital Plaza its closest to me. I went to the drive thru because the dine in area was closed. Then was waiting in the drive thru behind this white car for 15 min, so we pulled around the vehicle because all I had to do was pick up my mobile order.Then had to wait an additional 9 minutes at the window. We finally got to the window only for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready and they couldn't find my order. The wait time and service I received were unacceptable. I will never return to Burger King. Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but their customer service is HORRIBLE

I'm writing a good point regarding the Burger King across the street from Capitol plaza in Hyattsville Maryland. I purchased a beverage and it was fermented and old and had an aftertaste in the machine you can tell was not clean. I told the manager who said her name was Courtney she was a Caucasian woman about 5 ft four. She told me she was aware of the problem but they continued to serve the beverages beverages. She offered me no solution to the problem. My friend who died with me decided to go take the beverage back and get a refund. She then offered to give him another beverage from the same machine. He refused and requested his refund. I told her that people can get sick from 3D beverages that are old and fermented. She just shook her shoulders and said we did report it. Someone needs to go there and shut down that beverage machine until it was cleaned and restocked with fresh beverages.

Good place but even the late shift should have some pride in the food they serve. I ordered a whopper it came with wilted brown lettuce. I removed this then still tried it I bit in to an undercooked patty that almost made me vomit... during the day time this place is usually great but I don't suggest after 9pm

Went in for a late night meal, although this place seems to be understaffed, employee Courtney was super nice and patient. People like her deserve to be recognized and appreciated for their hard work. She is very efficient. We asked for coke ICEE and that flavor was down so she went out of her way to give us a sample of the mystery flavor and I thought that was super kind of her because she didn’t have to do that but she did just so we could decide if we wanted that or a regular fountain drink. Very impressive even though they had a long drive thru line. The attention was great! Big S/O to Courtney!

I don't usually eat this type of fast food. I use to work at Burger King as a freshman in college. It's disappointing to see how far the service and quality of food has diminished. Wing order, cold food and extra slow service. There should be no wait with 3 people in there restaurant. No pride in jib performance.

Every other time my food is wrong and I only want a plain burger.. but the store manager always makes it right. She's cool!Food: 5/5
