Burger King

Nothing stands out, good or bad, about this location. Employees are diligent and move fast, food orders are correct the majority of the time, if it's wrong they correct it asap. The only thing I'm not a fan of with this location, and it is not the fault of any employees, is the entrance to get in! But that is how it is with a lot places on Kirkwood Highway.

Burger King is always delicious and awesome for a quick bite. Their service is quick, easy and tasty. The food here is cheap and they always have wonderful combos and the drive through was easy and really quick. It’s almost like zero waiting time when I went. The fries here are one of the best fries in the US, fresh and crunchy. The whopper and nuggets were yummy as well. *Highly recommend.

The staff is great here if u dont mind the way the manager speaks to her employees. It might make u feel awkward. But just let the powers that be known. The staff if awesome and the food it great!!!!

It's 8:14 p.m. on Sunday and they closed the Burger King already it literally says they're supposed to be open until 12:00 the manager with the shaved head is always rude and never tries to look out for people if a code isn't working and it clearly shows that it is she won't even let it go through she always tries to make a problem instead of solving one. November 2nd they said they were closed at 9:00 p.m. but it wasn't even 8:00 yet and they shut the doors down super unacceptable it says clearly on the door that they close at 9:00 but they stop letting people in at 8:00

Asked for extra bbq sauce on my rodeo burgers, i received an attitude and 4 rodeo burgers doused in bbq sauce. I come to purchase food, not to be on the end of someones bad day. Disgusted with this locationDine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: No

Just ok. Staff is cool, food is mid, but that's the nature of fast food spots.Food: 3/5

If only they could be consistent. Great friendly service one day and a cold shoulder the next. 7 out of 10 times they get it right but messed up enough I get give a 5. Recently we got the chicken sandwich and it was half the size it normally was. It got lost in the bread. Shorting customers will not improve your food cost but drive them away creating a higher labor cost. The curb appeal could be improved as well, no flowers or bushes. Have not been inside for years so can't comment about inside.

Service was fantastic..very friendly..food was hardly edible...worse Chicken sandwich ever...

Horrible customer service. Reached out to corporate .. whomever the drive thru male associate was on 6/1/22 , around 1:25 ish was extremely rude and disrespectful. I pulled up to order and nobody said anything for a good 5 minutes so I proceeded with “hello?” And the customer service associate said “yes give me second I’m busy” in a very irritated tone. I stated “yes, you could have just told me that in the first place and I would have waited” he then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he didn’t even have to take my order in the first place . I pulled off and went to another location… I will NEVER go to this location again. I also contacted corporate and I plan on getting in touch with general management as well.
