I went tonight to this store after my fiance placed an online order at the mint hill location. Mint hill had closed early for the night so I asked the manager ebony if they could honor the pickup order. She was very sweet and honored my fiancé's order. Amazing customer service. Definitely will be going back.

The guy who works at the drive thru during the Night Shift is super friendly and nice!

Having a family size order everywhere I go is tough on drive through employees, not often am I not upsetting someone. Luckily Darren on of the managers here had the patience of a saint for my order.

Ordered online from the Mint Hill BK and paid but they closed without letting anyone know so I wasn't able to pick up my food. Came to this one and the manager, Ebony, honored my order when I told her the situation and showed her my receipt. Fantastic service.

The food was fresh and hot when I got it. I waited a little longer than usual but there were several cars ahead of me so it was ok. The new Spicy Ch'King is a must have when you go! You won't be disappointed!!
