Burger King

Service is smooth enough - always seems to be a little messy when I go in. Not sure if they’re a bit shorter on staff in the evenings when I tend to go ~6-7pm weekdays but the few times I’ve been bins are full/ tables not cleaned. No ketchup on one occasion and last time no straws for drinks not told until I had collected the order - luckily had some in the car. Food hot, staff polite. Tends to be quite busy in the evenings.

Always great food here and friendly service. They went above and beyond tonight to do something for our autistic son and we really appreciated it. sadly didn’t get there names.

Another low standards burger King that puts you off your food. Car parks full of litter, inside is dirty, literaly mud trapped everywhere. Dim lighting, uncomfortable seating. Staff not wearing heir nets or any form of food safe clothing. The only reason they get my custom is they are the only place that do the cheese fries. Its frustrating because a few obvious easy fixes and it would be great.

Needs tables & floors kept cleaner. Also, a lot of litter outside, 5 minutes every hour tidying up, would keep it fresh & inviting.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately the chips had been reheated and were like cardboard. The chicken burger was overpowered by a vile bbq sauce that tasted sour and of burnt wood.Food: 1/5

Such sloooooooooooow service The food was okay, but half an hour to be served and then receive the order is catastrophically slow for what is meant to be fast food! The cause primarily seemed to be a lack of staff, it certainly was not busy on the Saturday evening that we visited. It wasn't helped that only one of the two guys that were present was doing pretty much all the work. The other guy was being an exemplar of doing little and at a glacial pace. It is a curious tragedy that McDonald's consistently deliver a good, speedy service, yet their food is at best forgetably bland. Burger King and KFC are undoubtedly tastier offerings, however the experience they offer can be very inconsistent.

Had to wait 30 min for "fast" food which then turned up wrong - after watching what was probably our original order be returned by another customer and go in the bin. No communication of the delay or any offers of compensation; simply told when asked why it had taken so long that they were short staffed. When food did finally turn up correct - it wasn't bad: but expect a long wait for it if they're busy at this restaurant.

The staff acted like they couldn't be bothered to be there, no greeting and just generally slow, even though they had no other customers the food was not great either, just warm chips that were dry and had clearly been there a while! Burgers were also warm not piping hot as it was ready way to quickly to have been freshly cooked! Such a shame really as there's decent parking and it's a good location, I won't be using this one again!
