The staff isn't rude but they are just not friendly at all. A person doesn't feel welcome walking in. There's a very sad feel to this location, the atmosphere is just bland. And they do the "extra sauce cost extra money". As of December 2020, you have to ask for a refill on drinks, you can't just walk up and pour your own.

Before Covid-19, I ×would stop by on my the other way to work and grab breakfast. Service was excellent. What's wrong I can't say the same for service after breakfast. It's not the same. One of the ladies that work there by the name of Charity she is awesome down to earth very attentive.

They are so slow and always out of ranch or bbq. This time they were out of Ranch AND KETCHUP

The staff here is completely incompetent they are closed 45 min before midnight. I placed an online order and they ignored me while at the window they literally looked at me and continued to ignore me
