Terrible customer service by the manager tonight.. they couldn't find my order and he did nothing to fix the situation.. luckily an employee, Carlos, came and solved the problem but you won't catch me here again

We purchased 3 whopper burgers. All of them came with ketchup and mayo instead of whopper sauce in the burger. I called them to ask why is that. The Person who answer the phone said whopper comes with ketchup and mayo it’s normal. No whopper sauce!!!! Teach them how to make the burger right. This is crazy.

maybe a one off incidence, but our young customer service associates could not deliver to my request ,as I asked for , resulting in corrections post billing but the food also came short of items that I had not asked to be skipped. place is quiet and clean though and safe for quick pickup

We had the tmobile app and the manager on duty today 11/6/2020 at 4:00pm didn’t give our order. We have two codes and gave us only 1. Hope you choke on that burger. We’ve been a customer of tmobile for a decade and this is the first time we experienced this.
