Burgerville

i have been wanting to try burgerville since i started visiting oregon regularly. the stars aligned last night and i absolutely devoured it after my flight. i got the big cowboy sliders and they were honestly some of the BEST burgers i have ever had. i was too excited to try it before taking a picture so please excuse my ravenous chomp mark. the employees working the drive thru were excellent, friendly, and so sweet. food was very very fresh and hot, excellent fries and crispy diet coke. i will absolutely be back!

This is my first time in Burgerville The food was awesome and the costumer service too I talked with two persons in the place maybe was the business owners I'm not sure but they was very nice thank you and for sure I'll comeback again.

Maybe I was unlucky, but they were out of their seasonal promotions. There was plenty of signage and prompts at the order window to try them. Cashier asks for tip in a drive through. What services have you provided that deem a tip necessary? Food was good enough, ingredients were of a good quality, but the price is off-putting for some of what we ordered.

Had a great experience at Burgerville this afternoon! I ordered the fish and sweet potato fries with a peach ginger tea, and everything was quick and fresh. The staff greeted me with kind smiles, and the restaurant was super clean, making the whole visit really pleasant. I’ll definitely be back when in the area.Food: 5/5

I've never heard of Burgerville. I wish that was still true. I watched the kid cook my burger then shoot the bs with the manager long enough for it to be cold when I got it. Fries were also cold. The bistro at the Courtyard across the street is the best food option near by.Food: 1/5

Save yourself the money and go to McDonalds instead. At this point it’s better quality than this place. The last two times I’ve been here and got a sandwich, fries, and shake the fries are handed to me freezing they must fry them and throw them in the fridge, the shake is never what I ordered staff is too lazy to make it properly, and the burger is so heavily covered with onions you’re basically eating an onion mayo burger. I ordered the strawberry chocolate shake- BOTH times I have not been given the whip cream, chocolate, and the shake is handed to me looking white. And for this to be $20 because they demand a 15% tip at the WINDOW is absurd. I won’t be back. The old owner was lovely and food was good, they just have sold to whatever nut job it is now who has no expectations for their staff and wants to cut as many corners as possible while increasing price 25%.

This is a sad review to write as Burgerville has been a favorite when visiting Oregon. The service wasn’t so great as they were trying to talk to their coworker while taking my order, so I had to go back to order all the items I wanted. They changed the buns and the cheeseburgers now taste mostly like bread. Shake when I finally got it was still good.

I had some material in my food from cloth, some wool or something, I was half way through burger, I pulled out some of that material, bad food control, feels like they dropped meat paddy on floor and put it back into the burger or something, probably won't ever come back and won't recommend coming here. Or is this normal for burgerville, I don't know, it was my second time in my life eating there. Disappointed and disgusted.

Fries were crispy and tasty. I liked the strawberry shake. Burger was vover dressed and the bun was tough. Meat patty was good quality. Likely won't go back.Food: 3/5

Expensive as burger places go. Fish and chips very expensive for poor quality. Burgers uninspired. Some specialty burgers are better, such as the #6 burger, which is small but tastes like real meat. Some seasonal specials like onion rings and sweet potato fries aren't bad, but again, expensive.Food: 3/5
