I honestly don't see why everyone is saying they have terrible service. Before I went to this store, I emailed them about a product that they carried. They responded in an hour and provided all of the information I needed. Walked in one day, the employees are friendly and quick to show you what you wanted. Bought the product and left. Would recommend. The only issue is parking legally, which I didn't get the chance to.

I walked in, was looking at their wares while one cashier was there. He was nice. Then, some big man on campus walked in and noticed I was looking at the bongs. He then asked me to empty my pockets. I did, and what do you know? Didn't steal anything. They kicked me out and banned me. Not like I care. Their customer service is horrible because they're all high on marijuana out of their heads and you have to wait 10 minutes for someone to help you. Even if you ask, you still have to wait. I recommend Blue Moon Smoke Shop. Nicer people, not lazy like Buried Treasure, and they treat their business like a business, not your homie's crib you go smoke at. Moral: Buried Treasure on Haviland has horrible staff and the shop always reeks of weed.

Absolutely horrible experience at this shop. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called and asked about a particular product, and was quoted a price. The next day I go in to purchase the product, but it is a differen't person working and he won't honor the price. He called a manager in who immediately started acting hostile and rude with me. Eventually they refused to make the sale, even at full price and proceeded to physically push me out of the store legally could be considered assault. The product in question was already marked up way over the normal retail price. Will never step foot in this place again. I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. I am amazed that this place is still in business treating customers like that. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Not what it could be... If you want to buy something at full price and enjoy the faults in the glass,then this is the store for you. I bought two glass devices on different occasions, both at full price,as haggling doesn't happen anymore, to only find out months after use that there are some defaults in the glass. If you do shop here,you will find a lot of what you want for a "reasonable" price,but you have to make sure that what you've gotten doesn't have any factory defaults. They will sell you the faulty device at full price without maybe prior knowledge themselves that the device has faults.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - THE EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT BUT OWNER IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY OVERPRICE EVERY ITEM IN THE STORE AND REFUSE TO HELP WHEN ANYTHING IS WRONG. AVOID!!! THEY ARE RIGHT NEAR SUGAR DADDY'S, JUST GO THERE INSTEAD.

Tiny store with horrible selection, random fake brand names, and more. So many better shops in the area. Would advise too stay away.

Never shopping at this store again.. I have been going there regularly for years.. Depending on who is working when you arrive, at best you may be given minimal customer service with a we are doing you a favor attitude or they will just simply take your money and hope you leave as quickly as possible so they can get back to whatever else they do in there. I put up with there high prices and attitude only because it was close to my office. Last week, I bought a itiem as a replacement piece for a product I bought there 6 months ago. After the purchase, I asked the employee for help putting the piece in. He said No I don't do that. I said I am afraid it will break. if I do it. since I am not sure how it fits. He said well the boss told me that is not my job and you can figure it out.. I said ok well I will be buying my future products at another shop I named. He said fine go ahead. They have a bit of a monopoly given their location but after certain laws change in a few years I hope they are driven out of business. I am not a punk and I have always been friendly and patient withthe help. But thsi lack of customer care was the final straw for me.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. A small store with a lot of stuff. I have been there many times and have referred many others.

anything you see in this store is 2-3 times the cost it should be, and even if you decide to overspend, they won't help you with customer service either.
