No social distancing at all when waiting for the registers. I have noticed that too few registers are open when the line is long. I have to do a return tried 5 times now but due to the long wait I have walked out. Although poorly managed Prices are good and selection is good too.

Was looking for a pocketbook for my sister that I had seen there last week. A clerk offered to check in stock to see if there were anymore. Did not expect that extra effort. It was much appreciated

I just went in to take out a layaway and they lost my my box. I’m so upset I don’t understand how unorganized they can be. Definitely need some higher management and more profesional staffs. They just lost a loyal customer.
The cashier was nice and patient. I'll say she helped me a lot. The lady of the fitting room was caring. Thanks to the team
