The staff is absolutely awesome - they were willing to take the time to work with finding the best bike for my needs, and made a custom bike just for me. I'd highly recommend them. They are a fun, down to earth bunch who know what they're doing, and will make sure you're taken care of.

Friendly, knowledgeable and out-of-the-box thinking. Jimmy customized a handlebar to fit my grandson who has a limb difference. Jimmy was determined to make that child happy. Prices are reasonable

Great service! People are nice. We brought in my son’s bike unannounced. They replaced two tubes and two tires while we waited. We were out in under a half hour. I highly recommend!

Waited a year plus to get SE bike for my kid, all bike shops made false promises of text alerts and to keep calling. Wasted a lot of time. A friend told me about Burlington. Made a phone call ordered the bike within less than two months I got it. Worth the 2 hour drive to pick up. Great and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend.

Friendly knowledgeable service with a courteous staff. Outstanding selection of in stock bikes and accessories! The experience was well worth the 75 or so minute drive and my daughter couldn't be happier with her new bike. And that makes me a happy customer!
