Something's up here. We were told to reserve a new vehicle we'd have to put down a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. The deposit seems very standard for most dealerships these days, but they seem to be fully refundable everywhere else. I did not misunderstand the salesman I dealt with either- this was very specifically explained as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on a vehicle that I could not check out or drive, and was over a month away. "Well what if you don't like it after we've gotten it in for you?" the salesman asked. Hyundai makes incredible vehicles, but this isn't an acceptable business practice for a dealership.

Burlington Hyundai was a tremendous help when I found myself with a major issue while traveling from Canada to Connecticut in my new first Hyundai. They took me right in, investigated the issue and got me back on the road to continue my journey. Such great folks there! I will say that Burlington Hyundai has the best Service Dept and staff that I have ever dealt with. Kudos and thanks again for all the help.

My salesperson Richard Brennan made this totally fair, friendly, and transparent process and I thoroughly appreciated working with him and the staff at Burlington Hyundai. As a millenial, would I like the dealership to completely automate the process through their website? Absolutely, but as an in-person experience goes, this was substantially less painless than experiences elsewhere. Thanks for making it happen quickly!

Top notch customer service. We worked with Crystal to get a warranty on our new Hyundai. Even though we live in WI the transaction went smoothly. She walked me though my options and was quick with her responses. I could "hear" her smile via her email correspondences. Perhaps next time we need a new vehicle we will take a road trip :
