As someone with a lot of chronic back, hip and glute pain from untreated scoliosis, this. class. does. it. for. me. Like, it got to the point where if I didn’t start doing some core specific strength training, I was truly afraid for my aging body. Trust me, you probably have core issues. And trust me again, this class will probably sort you out. It’s so nice to wake up in the morning and not have a stiff back. What a game changer for me. I’m really glad I tried the two week unlimited special. I got hooked! It’s super tough but that’s what we need, isn’t it! Oh and also the music is so good.
Rebecca knows her stuff and consistently delivers a tough and fresh workout routine every time! Love the Lagree method too. Their machines are newer, everything is clean and the studio has a good vibe.
I love this studio! The megaformers are spaced out nicely and the studio is always clean and tidy. The instructors are really informative and friendly. I’ve taken Emily’s class the most so far - she is so nice and funny, which makes the time fly by! The workout is challenging but my whole day is much better afterward, and I feel extremely accomplished and energized. My muscle tone and posture are already changing for the better, I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a low-impact, but high-results class!!
I love lagree and was so excited to find Burn a few months ago! The instructors here are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The music is great and the community is awesome! Your muscles will burn and cry for mercy... But you'll feel amazing after! This is one of my favorite workouts!! Low impact, high intensity, 45 minutes... Gets it all done!
Best Pilates studio in town. Rebecca, Emily, and Kate are my favorite instructors. This place will help improve posture and build your muscles.

Worst studio ever. Staff is super rude if you’re 1 minute late. Totally awful experience here. I would stick to core power yoga this place is a mess After writing this review The owner called me in attempt to bully me into removing my review. Instead of asking me what I experienced, he began arguing with me about my experience although he wasn’t there. He was extremely rude. I am absolutely shocked at my two negative experiences with this studio today and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone. He asked me if I had been to other studios and I have. I have never been treated like this. I am a supporter of small businesses and I want to see businesses succeed but the the employees of this business are extremely hostile. Thank you for the refund, although I said clearly on the phone that I did not require one. I called earlier on the phone to confirm that there was in fact a class at 9 because it confused me that there was not a grace period of one minute for workouts. I was shopping for a new studio and clearly your establishment can not accommodate 1 minute. Considering the fact that all the “client intake” was already completed. I believe the hostility in your response and attempts to gaslight my experience speaks for itself. I appreciate the refund and I will continue to support companies that value quality service and compassion unlike yours . BTW- you have 50 reviews :
This is the best workout! I highly recommend for anyone who has tried strength training at the gym but keep having knee or back pain. This is a full body strengthening class that allows you to focus on form, strengthen your core and with slow controlled movements it avoids any unnecessary strain on arthritic joints. A must for anyone struggling to get fit but haven’t noticed results or anyone looking to strength train and need motivation. You will find a supportive community here.
Burn is the best! I just started my journey here and I have to say- I’m addicted! I love that you’re able to modify it for any level of fitness. I haven’t worked out since COVID started, so my muscles have approximately the same amount of strength as a newborn baby. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the class and feel inferior, but there are so many different ways to adjust each exercise to your own needs. They make you feel special just for showing up, cheer you on through the moments you think your legs are going to collapse, and congratulate you for making it through the class. It’s amazing!
A friend introduced me to BURN a few weeks ago and now I can’t get enough. My body has never felt and looked so good in such a short amount of time! You definitely feel the BURN after you leave each class. 45 min will have your legs shaking and abs forming . All instructors are amazing and I truly appreciate the small adjustments they do to help you get the full benefit of the exercise!
