Repairs were done quickly (2 weeks) and well enough but my rings came back not flat and the white gold is starting to yellow when it never did before on the part that was sized.

I am so glad I found this place. I was so bored with all the same stuff that all the jewelry places sell for a higher prices with boring designs. Burri's has one of a kind jewelry, super friendly staff and are willing to go above and beyond to help you get your vision. I am a very particular woman who knows what I want and has done my research. Patrick was absolutely respectable kind and patient with me, I know that at times I may be a bit to handle, but he completely understood where I was coming from and delivered on my vision. There isnt anything that they can't get or do at Burri jewelers. What I like most is that it's not some corporate company that selling this over produced jewelry, this is a family owned business who customizes and find unique pieces. I highly recommend this jewelry store, where you get more bang for your buck you get the absolute best quality for your money and depending on the time of year that you buy it you can get absolutely great pricing.

I don't believe it should be legal to sell diamonds that are not certified by a professional organization that does it for the consumer. These diamonds that they sell are not certified by igl nor are they certified by any other organisation except by them themselves. For example I am not allowed to build a house and inspect it myself. The reasoning is is because it protects the consumer so they are not buying something they don't understand or buying something that is incorrect. The most advice that I can give is to make sure that you know what you're buying before you do. If there is not professional paperwork that comes with a diamond when you purchase it do not buy it unless you are certified your self to understand what you are buying. I highly recommend this!.....
