Burton Outlet - Las Vegas

Went to go check out some boards here after realizing today that mine needs to be retired. I was greeted by Rain back by the boards hopefully that's how she spells it She was super chill and helped me out extremely well with choosing a new board and new bindings too. I gave her a bit of a rundown on my riding style and what type, shape and length of board I ride and we landed on one that I was really into. I was going to install the bindings myself but she offered to so I figured why not. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and Rain's help! Can't wait to try out the new setup tomorrow and fine tune my binding position. They're having a killer sale right now so if you're thinking of grabbing some new gear, hit them up!

I just Walked in to the location to buy bibs. I was willing to pay up to $300 x 2 for my wife and I... Nope Not one staff member even came away from the desk to greet or offer assistance. They just leaned over the counter and talked while using their phones . I'll go to McGhies. They are friendly and happy to assist.

I have never met a more amazing and knowledgeable person. I’ve been to PLENTY of retail stores & I have never in my life felt so welcomed by someone. She makes you understand snowboarding, bringing joy and smiles to all snowboarders around no matter if they are beginners or professional. Thank you for such a great Burton experience. I don’t think I’ll choose any other brand & if I lived near by all year around I 100% wouldn’t go to any other Burton but this one. Thank you Caitlyn for giving us the most amazing customer care!!

Freaking awesome staff. Due to work and from being outta town. Only time we could go was around 8 but from being out of town got a bit lost ran behind. Ended up being one of those customers walking in the door 5 mins before closing on a Saturday, but That didn't faze them at all and welcomed us with open arms and made me feel extremely comfortable and never made us feel rushed and were extremely helpful

Staff was not helpful at all. Great merch and prices, but the service was horrible. Not even a hello. I was interested in a board and no one even came around to ask if we needed help. Tuesday 10/1 noon.

Soooooooo A thing happened........ After 15 seasons, I am no longer in Flow Bindings. I changed out to Burton Cartel. Very sad to leave Flow. Very happy for my feet. I am still not happy to click click click on the ground, but for the benefits- well worth it.

The guys that work there are great. Dealt with Jason and Alex, very helpful, all snowboarders. I was in there for two hours with my 7 year old only took so long because she doesn't like pink which was the only color they had left, it was right after Xmas. Got her set up with a board and bindings for under $200... season rentals at Lee Canyon/Sport Chalet are $150 so if I get 2 seasons out of it than we're ahead of the game. Second interaction... Called looking for gear for myself. As it was early on a weekday and they weren't busy I spoke to Scott for 20+ minutes he talked me through what I needed and what he had in stock in my size, offered me buying advice, etc. Typically you'll get last year's gear but you'll save big!

First off its Burton. I've always been a huge fan. Secondly, the staff here are all on point. No one pushing you. All know what they are talking about and are friendly enough to be chill. Ive been here a few times and love the store and the staff. For those of you thinking it's Vegas they won't know you are wrong. They are hands on and know their craft. Thank you Burton staff. You guys rock

Awesome staff members, specially Alex and Matt. They’re all on point when it comes to their product. For those that are non-local Vegas, $5 to park, but free for locals w/ a NV drivers license.

Steals and steals even in snow season! If you come to Vegas and you love snowboarding you should never miss this lovely spot~ The only burton outlet in the west coast. Highly recommended.
