LOCATION UPDATE. Ignore the map. As you look at reception desk in the main lobby the Fedex Office is too the right hand side of the room. Hidden away with a badly located sign but it is there. Two staff there who were helpful enough, now to see if my package actually gets to its destination.
Costs are high, so I was tempted to knock them down a point for that, but good customer service can make a huge difference. You pay a lot for convenience here, but if it's an issue they can direct you to more affordable alternatives. Even if you're worried about the cost, reach out, they can absolutely help you out.
Change your hours. You close at 5pm not 6pm during the week. I'm going to have to miss my flight now because of your hours being wrong.
Carlos from this FedEx Office #5682 at the MGM Grand was exceptionally helpful in putting in the request to trace a lost package that was shipped to this FedEx office through USPS. He was able to help me get a better idea of the situation regarding the lost package than USPS themselves were able to! Simply extraordinary.
They have a real racket going on here by charging MGM “guests” to receive packages sent to them at the hotel. Complete and total rip off for an unrequested service most normal hotels provide complimentary. To make it worse, they don’t try very hard to let you know when they are holding one of your packages for ransom and their hours are limited. Even as a FedEx share owner, this is ridiculous.
Chris and Tyree were super helpful, friendly, and patient as I was in a rush to ship some items bought back home. I will definitely come back when I run out of luggage space again.
The hours and pictures are not correct
Didn't give us all of our packages when we went to pick them up. Then when we went back to get the rest they charge us for storage because they didn't give us our packages in the first place. Criminals.
Charge fees for receiving packages at MGM. When you call MGM they say there are no fees.
$90.00 to pick up packages i already paid for through UPS. Its organized crime.
