Easy Parking. Right of the Freeway

I sold my business through this company and the experience wasn't horrible by any means, but be careful to get your initial paperwork recorded with what they say will be the details of the sale. I was told verbally by Keith the business broker that the fee to sell my business was a flat fee of $10,000 and nothing more. When the signing of the sale was happening, I noticed more fees. I spoke with Darlynn Anderson, the owner about this and she asked me If I got any of that in writing? WOW! I really didn't think to do that at the time, so sorry I chose this company to sell my business. At one point when Keith the business broker was showing a potential buyer my restaurant, he walked out half way through the showing and said he had to go home! I am truly serious when I say this but, I would have rather given this business away free to someone before this brokerage would get a penny of my money.
