Butcher Block Meats

Was Looking for 65lbs of Ground Pork for making venison sausage. Price per pound $2.09... .50 cents cheaper per pound than 3Be. Great customer service on the phone. Saved me over $32 bucks! :) Happy. Happy. Happy.

I used to buy meat from Wal-Mart (for price) until I was talked into trying this place by a co-worker. I will never buy meat from a Grocery Store again. The difference in quality is amazing, it cooks better, lasts longer, and tastes better. Price is slightly above a Grocery Store but worth every penny.

I took in 18lbs of deer sausage to get processed. I realize that is a small amount, but we process the rest ourselves and was just hoping to get some deer sticks made. When I went in the guy was extremely rude, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. Fast forward 3 months and I get a call from them say my meat is done and the total is over $500!! My husband called them and they tell us that our 100 lbs of meat is done. He explains that we only brought in 18lbs and that there is no what that could be ours. They let us know they will call us back. 2 weeks later, no call, so my husband calls again, same story our 100 lbs is ready. He asks for the manager to call him back. Another week goes by and we get a call saying our meat is ready. My husband calls again and they tell us our total is over $500 and it's still the 100 lbs of meat! Not only are we convinced we are not going to get back our actually deer meat that we brought in, which was some very lean meat, I wonder who is missing their 100 lbs of meat. We are so disappointed in our experience with Butcher Block, since we've always enjoyed their meat. Customer service needs some serious adjustments before we ever go or refer people here again!
