"Butcher Burger Philly opened early 2018 with chef Hee "Chino" Chang.All the burgers are the recipes of our chef that wanted to create a gourmet burger with a great balance of flavor. Chef Chino with his partners wanted to also create a chicken burger which seems to have been passed over by most restaurants for a turkey burger. This creation to their own surprise was so good that they decided to not even have a turkey burger. We do still offer a special blended beef burger that is out of this world. Even better yet we named the chicken burger the Philly Philly with a trademark pending."

I been here a few times and it's a good spot. They offer great lunch combos. I usually order The Butcher or The Philly Philly...depends on my mood that day. The burger patties are pretty big so it's pretty filling.
Not sure what the big deal is. Stroehmann Potato Bun with a burger patty. Same thing I would grill in the summer using Bubba Burger Patties. Taste was fine. Wouldn't go out of my way to get one.
