They refused to do a price match because “they would almost loose money on the item”. I guess the price match promise is not so much a promise !

If it is baby related they have it. And multiple versions of it to choose from. I wish they had sizes for bigger kids they only go to a 4T but most of the clothing is 0-18 month range. They have designer brands as well. A ton of baby furniture and bedding to choose from. And probably 200 strollers you can try before you buy.

Even though they were short staffed and very busy Manager Alex was very helpful and patience with us. Even help us set up an account, get us coupons to get us some saving

We worked with Regina here at the Overland Park store and she was such a blessing! She helped us return a bad product and was incredibly helpful in getting us set up with a new nursery furniture set! She made our experience so great! Thanks Regina!

Terrible service!!!! Don’t listen to their website when it says they do price match!!! Target was selling the same baby swing for much cheaper but I had already bought mine here the night before and they wouldn’t do a price match for me. 3 days before I am going to be induced to have my baby the workers were belittling and extremely unhelpful.

I absolutely LOVE BuyBuy Baby! My children are grown and I'm bummed this store wasn't around when they were little, I would have done a lot of shopping here! Gratefully I get to buy all of my baby and toddler gifts here now. The customer service is always excellent. And my favorite part is the gift wrapping station! Sure, it has the logo on it but it is super convenient and it is FREE! Logo or not, I think it's kind of cute too. I always wrap my presents here. Keep up the good work BBBaby!

Some of the RUDEST employees I have ever met. I went in looking for a stroller for our twins only to be talked down on told that travel systems are “stupid” and basically told I couldn’t afford the strollers we were looking at and that kept getting comments made that “well on the cheaper end we have these models” “you may want consider more budget friendly options” which were actually significantly under our budget. He also told us the car seat we picked would not be able to accommodate our twins rear face when infact if you look at the manufacturers website they DO allow you to rear Face. They Definitely have lost my business which is sad because we bought everything from buy buy baby with our first, but certainly won’t be with our twins.

TERRIBLE EVERYTHING! Do not buy from this place. Worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased a dresser online when it said one was available in stores 45 min away in Overland Park and then went onto schedule the pick up for a few days later… got my confirmation and even spoke with a lady on the phone a day before confirming everything, drove out there and REGINA was so rude from the very start to my husband, you could tell she just didn’t want to do her job. I then went in the store to check on everything and she was so rude to me wouldn’t even let me ask a question as if she just had the convo so she didn’t care to have one with me, giving me dirty looks, and making me feel very uncomfortable… So I explained to her I wasn’t in there and if I have questions I need to be able to ask them being we just spent $500 on a dresser they now say they don’t have. I personally think they sold it to someone else. They even said I couldn’t get my money back for 10 days even though they never had it to buy in the first place and they canceled the order apparently the day we bought it yet took our money. She said the only one they have is the display one which isn’t for sale and that it must have been the one showing as available. If that was the case every store would have 1 available is my thought though? Bottom line is I’ve heard horror stories about buying anything from here and now I wish I would have listened to everyone. Not to mention it’s overpriced! Never shopping here again.

Bought a car seat from this place, just tried one time on my wife’s car to see if it fits and safe for the little one. Had some safety concerns and want to return this item or exchange to a different one. Store manager told us that we can not return this item, even it’s only 1 day after the purchase. What an experience! Stay away from here. Spend your money somewhere else!

The manager of this store has no interest in helping others!!! She was rude to my pregnant wife and didn’t want to help us return our products because we found them WAY CHEAPER at another store. DONT GO HERE
