I ordered leis for my mother in law’s funeral. She lived in Hawaii for several years. We live in Nebraska. FedEx had an issue so they were a day later than I hoped, but still absolutely perfect! They were a wonderful part of her farewell.

I am so impressed with this company! I last minute decided I wanted to order a lei for my college graduation photos. I spoke to Dan on the phone, as I had some questions about shipping, and he was so kind and thorough and even called me back afterwards to tell me he had set aside the lei I wanted so that I would definitely have it. I ordered all the way from Florida and four days later my lei is still so fresh and beautiful. Thank you again!

All great things about this place! Communication was amazing! They had to substitute my lei and called immediately. I called them 3 times for questions and they were very nice each time! Flowers truly come fresh!! Had such a great experience with them and will be placing another order tomorrow for my graduation. Thank you! Update: purchase the second time from this company for my graduation and this time. It for not include the insulation pack. Their response was due to supply shortage. They could have extended the courtesy to tell me prior to shipment.

I had a great experience with But Hawaiian Lei! The first order I messed up by keeping it in the refrigerator of our hotel, which froze it, and ruined the flowers right before my maternity shoot. My husband contacted them and they immediately worked to make me a new ones. The flowers weren’t the same as the original but this Haku matched my dress so much better and it worked out perfectly! I will definitely be contacting them again to order another Haku in about 6 months for my son’s 1 year birthday family photos!!!

I ordered the 10 pack of purple orchid leis to give our neighbor's family for his celebration of life. The event was on a Saturday and I selected according to the website suggestion to receive them 2 days prior on Thursday. I was surprised to get an email on Tuesday that they shipped and would be here the next day. Usually getting something early is great, but I was concerned that they would last 3 days. I emailed the company and never got a response. I followed the directions on a video to take them out of the shipping box and spritz with water and put them into individual bags. I put them in a large commercial fridge at my work so that they wouldn't be cramped. By Saturday they were starting to get small spots and some of the petals were beginning to wilt. The family was very happy and surprised to receive them. **Edited to ad: I received a call and email from company owner Dan. He was very apologetic for missing my email which ended up in his spam folder. He also apologized for our dissatisfaction. His concern showed that as a business owner he strives to make sure his customers are happy. He graciously offered a discount and if the need arises I would gladly do business with him again. It may surprise you I'm writing a five star review when my lei did not arrive in time for my daughter's graduation. I am, because this company handled it so professionally. Basically, I ordered it in time and they sent it on time. Unfortunately, despite paying extra for overnight delivery and the company upgrading it to priority overnight delivery, FedEx failed us. Instead of arriving Friday, fresh and ready...it arrived on Monday half dead. Upon notifying Buy Hawaiian Lei, they immediately refunded me. I hope they got their money back from FedEx. Side note, they didn't have the lei I ordered so they had upgraded it to another. I'm sure it would have been beautiful, but FedEx ruined the day.

But the beautiful maile style ti leaf and white orchid lei was a very welcomed addition and got a lot of attention. The ohana said it added a special touch to the final aloha to one of our Nations heros.

I really cannot express how wonderful their customer service is. I would highly recommend Buy Hawaiian Lei to anyone who needs leis for their event. My friend wanted leis for her wedding in June on the mainland. I totally forgot that it was graduation season and that a lot of places would be busy. I did get in touch with one florist to see if they would be able to have it ready within a couple of weeks, but my friend was still debating on whether to get them or not. She finally decided that she did want them so I tried to contact the shop again, but could not get in touch with them. I even sent an e-mail, but did not hear from them until a couple of days later. I was starting to panic because we were leaving in a week. I found Buy Hawaiian Lei when I was looking for other options. I immediately got in touch with someone and explained the situation. They really were patient and answered all my questions. Even when I needed to call them back which was several times I was still able to get in touch with them. Only once I had to leave a message, but they called me back within a couple of minutes. I was able to order the leis and have them made in time for our flight. The leis were packaged nicely and made it through the flight and until the day of the wedding. They were beautiful and the bride was extremely happy. I ordered 100 blossoms of the loose purple orchids to make a lei for my daughter's high school graduation on May 14th. The flowers arrived on time and were perfectly packaged. The blossoms were fresh and just beautiful! Being born and raised in Honolulu and growing up with giving leis at graduation was very important to me to do the same for my daughter. I made a double orchid lei that turned out beautifully and everyone loved it! Thank you again for the beautiful flowers. I got another graduating in two years and I definitely will order from you all again!!!

I use Dan every year for luaus, weddings, birthdays, graduations, etc. and have always received great customer service. I just received leis this morning for two of my granddaughters' graduations. I still have more leis coming in for my grandson's graduation in another week and can hardly wait to see his beautiful leis. I have never regretted using this company.
