Got a damaged car seat from them they refused to return it dont buy from them. The manager said i have to have the box so they could resell so this means they are trying to sell damaged car seats
People misleading information about exchanges & returns, than showing me their "fine print" that is not placed on receipt but actually on a separate document near the register. Rude cashiers. Will be ordering online for all my baby needs. Disappointing
Not a good store, customer service was awful here, workers didnt acknowledge me I needed help buying some baby stuff. Store was out of many things, diapers, wipes and formula. I dont recommend this store to anyone. I miss Baby R us, was 1, 000 times better then this store..
I got a text that my registry gift was ready to pick up. It was 10 am on a Sunday and I saw that they didn’t open u til 11. I called in and Troy answered and actually offered to bring it out to me an hour before they opened!!! I truly appreciate this!
Bathroom needs cleaning had to change baby and you could see the changing table hadn’t been cleaned, disgusting. And majority of the curtains weren’t stocked at all. Wouldn’t recommend for home decor
