Do NOT waste your money. I placed an order for these in May. I was informed that they were back ordered and would not receive shipment until July. Early July I received an email stating they were shipped and on the way. I arranged to be home when the delivery arrived as I assumed an adult would have to sign for a package containing alcohol. Nope. No signature required. Isn’t that illegal? I opened the box to find that only half of my order had been fulfilled. I contacted the company via the email provided and received a response from the CEO. His response read “I’m sorry for UPS mess up.” That was it. Nothing about how he would fill the rest of my order or give me a partial refund. I spent two days trying to drag a resolution out of him. He claimed he would be shipping me the rest of my order once issues with ups had been resolved. Flash forward to early August. I had been checking in to make sure my order would still be fulfilled and he explained they would ship late July. I explained that I needed some sort of warning as I would be out of town. I asked them to ship to my office so that someone would be available to receive the package so they wouldn’t melt on the doorstep. The CEO rudely responded with “you need to contact foodie. It’s too hard to keep track of what everyone wants at any given moment.” Uh what?? I just want to make sure my package arrives so you don’t have to send me a 3rd. I had no contact information for anyone at this Foodie place and waited for a tracking number so I could arrange to have someone intercept the package wherever it would arrive. Thursday, I received notification that it would arrive at my office on Friday yesterday. Then, an hour later it said it would not... with no explanation as to why. I contacted the CEO again to see what was going on. No response. This morning Saturday I received an email that they had attempted delivery at my office but nobody was there. There was no warning and no communication regarding the package from anyone at BuzzPop. I will have to find out where the package will end the day and try to track it down at a fed ex facility... where they will likely be melted. I emailed the CEO asking why I had no warning of delivery and if I could get a refund, considering all the headaches this has caused. This was his response: “I spoke to Anita from Foodie City yesterday about your order and she said she communicated with you about your delivery. Why are you so surprised that it was coming today? I’m sorry – if there are weather issues that cause a delay you are upset. If we try and deliver to you today you are upset. Seems like there is absolutely no pleasing you whatsoever. Joseph Isaacs, CEO/Manager Buzz Pop Cocktails™” I wish I could attached images to these reviews to show you the entire line of communication over the last 6 weeks. The lack of customer service is comical. I have been patient and polite and more than understanding until this point. These guys are crooks and a-holes. Don’t give them your money.
I have honestly not ordered from this company. I was interested and looked at their Facebook page. The responses from the CEO and customer service are so unprofessional and extremely rude definently pushed me away from ever wanting to try anything from this company. Customers who had received the wrong product or did not receive everything they paid for were given snarky remarks from the CEO. Plus the product is way too expensive, especially since I may not even receive what I ordered. If you do buy from this company good luck and hopefully they will figure out how to provide a better experience for their customers
joe issaccs Buzz Pop Cocktails. You are the theif as you have fraud lied mislead business partners and practices plus many many customers. You held customers funds money for 3 months backorder with no product !!! You then turned over all these orders for us to clean up call every single customer to explain your lies to ship products or for you to refund!!! Was a huge mess!!! We converted everything you had which took 6 weeks..... Your over priced pops and oversold products that never sold as you said. Shame on you. Read all your negative complaints from customers etc. beware!!
I literally cannot believe what I am reading. The owner commenting on all of these reviews being extremely disrespectful and obviously nothing but negativity in the comments due to the CEO’s insults. I would never conduct a business like this. You are a failure. I also heard these trash ice pops are $99. Get out of here with your scam.
Took sone friends to get these they taste great and my friends all loved them , will definitely be a return customer and recommend to my co workers and other friends to try them .. thank you so much for something that tasted so great to my friends I highly recommend to anyone who has not had them to try them .. my friends say they will be purchasing again soon ..
Maybe the worst customer service of all time. Don’t waste your money. You won’t get your purchase, and then they’ll tell you how it’s all your fault.
Really wanted to try but 99 bucks for a 12 pack is way to expensive for me, maybe y'all could look into a more affordable way for people to try your products?
Went to an event where I had a mango passion fruit adult push pop. It was very delicious.

The fact that every negative review gets accused of being fake says enough about the way this sorry excuse of a company is being run.
