Story

This is a special place, the kind you remember, but can never find. By the Way is an old-fashioned bakery where everything is made by hand, in small batches.

And, by the way, all our baked goods are gluten-free and dairy-free. They're also certified kosher pareve. Most important, everything we make is as delicious as - if not better than - most conventional baked goods.

Blueberry muffins bursting with blueberries. A lemon layer cake made with fresh lemon zest and filled with homemade lemon curd. A chocolate chip cookie made with the finest Belgian chocolate.
