The Alexander Technique although educational in essence does make us feel better, taller, more centered and moving with more ease. It empowers those who learn and integrate the work in all aspects of life and all dimensions of us as human beings.
Thai Yoga is a healing modality that helps people feel better inside out and expand their comfort zone with movement. In that way, it overlaps with the Alexander Technique.
My mission is to be able to help people in whatever capacity they need whether through mind/body education or healing hands. Also, I want for them to understand that my offering Alexander Technique based Thai Yoga is a guaranty that no matter where my hands are, they are affecting the person's whole body in a non-grasping manner.
