C W Management, Inc. is a specialized real estate management company dedicated to providing quality condominium management. We have grown to manage over 500 condominium units in nine condominium associations in the Brookline and Boston area. As a local company we can provide personal service to our clients and work closely with the Managing Board. As we are fully computerized, we can offer financial reports on an immediate basis. All members of the Managing Board can be furnished with full financial statements at the end of each month.

Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Phone calls are returned promptly. Funds are held separately in individual accounts for each condominium we manage. Rules are enforced firmly. All contracts are reviewed frequently to ensure the condominium obtains the best price for all services.

Our philosophy revolves around the simple premise of managing the condominium as if we lived there. We stress safety, preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and an attractive appearance, i.e. landscaping, interior design elements. During on-site visits, we continually inspect all systems to insure all necessary preventive maintenance is done. Major systems - heating, cooling, emergency lights, etc. - are covered under maintenance agreements with qualified firms.

Since C W Management, Inc. was established in 1981, it has proven itself as an experienced and successful firm in the many condominium associations we manage.
