Horrible company! Do not rent anything from them. If you do make sure you get everything in writing and keep everything in a safe place for years after. I am currently being sued for breaking my lease 2.5 years ago. They are claiming I didn't pay my termination fee and tacked on hundreds of dollars in fees that I was never aware of until now. I have proof of paying my termination fee and would have paid any other charges 2.5 years ago when I moved out but I was told by Rebecca in the office that I had paid everything and owed nothing else.

C2C Rental Management, Located on Acadian Dr. , Gulfport MS. Is a cold hearted, money grubbing Rental Management Company. I'm renting a townhouse up under their Management and I a little difficulty getting the Rent to them by the 5th of the month. I would call them and let them know what day I would have the full rent payment. They didn't care, they applied $100 late fee and a $65 court fee. Even when I was bringing in a $1000 rent. They kept stacking on those late fees and court cost every month to prey on people who maybe a few days late in getting the rent to them. They are cold hearted blood sucking Rental Management Company. They show no Mercy or Grace, when you maybe experiencing a little financial hardship. They knew they could make thousands of dollars off of people who are getting back on their feet or recovering from moving expenses. THEY DON'T CARE!!! They kept stacking on late fees and court cost in the tune of additional $165 monthly. They use preortory accounting practices to keep you in the hole with them for they can rack up thousands of dollars off of your hard earned money. They care what kind of emergency you may be experiencing, rather lost a love one, been a car accident or anything. They show no Mercy! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! If you do, You will be sorry. They so awful, that I'm trying willing to break my Lease with the Greedy Company, just to get await from up under these people. I do not want these blood sucking, disgusting business to make any more money off of my tenancy. They can keep the thousands Dollar deposit. But won't get twelve months of rent @ a Thousand dollars which for one year make twelve thousands Dollar off of me. Sometimes, it's pays to forgive a one month late fee in order to get the tenant to stay the full year. Greed, will make you make bad business decisions, every time. Horrible, Horrible Rental Management Company... Avoid renting from these people at all cost.

Every time I need maintenance, it takes at least a month or more for someone to come out, I call and just get the run around!! I have some roof damage from the last tropical storm that came through, back in Sept, and it is Feb, and still nothing!!

GREEDY SLUMLORDS! Rented from C2C for 6 years. When we moved out, we painted the walls, trim, doors...deep cleaned every single inch of the house...shampooed the carpets, replaced ALL of the window blinds...we were PROUD of what great condition the house was in when we moved out. For what???? So that these greedy, spiteful leeches could keep our deposit and then bring us to court, over a YEAR later, claiming we owe them ANOTHER $1300!!! They charged us for repairs to the carpet (normal wear and tear from 6 YEARS of living with the CHEAPEST, thinnest carpet available) and to replace a strip of cheap linoleum that peeled off of the floor (due to their failure to ever seal between the bathtub and floor.) AND, they charged us for cleaning and shampooing the carpet - which WE did ourselves! To top things off, they charged us $40 for a set of mini blinds that NEVER existed!!! We were the very first tenants of this home. The back door never had blinds, yet they charged us for them!!! They have found their way through every legal loophole, to scam people out of as much money as they can. They are scumbag con artists. Do not subject yourself to their abuse! These people charges me a $75 late fee and charges my Caucasian neighbor a $5 late fee (directly next door, same house, wall to wall). 🤔 now I am being forced to sign another lease with them or pay $100 a month extra for rent without a lease.
