I am so glad I found Victoria at Cabinets Unlimited. I recently had my kitchen completely remodeled in my 1926 home. From my very first visit with Victoria I knew I was in good hands. She was easy to work with throughout the project. From the very beginning, she listened and made excellent suggestions on the design and material choices. I didn’t have a designer working with me, so I came to her with some ideas and we worked seamlessly together to make decisions. I appreciated her professionalism and desire to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I found her to be a great listener and partner in this project. She said it would be completed in six weeks, and it was. She manages her subcontractors incredibly well and I could tell they all respected her and were happy to be on her team.

Victoria Fenton is the best contractor I have ever worked with. She helped me plan my kitchen remodel and made several suggestions that helped save me money. Victoria turned my 1965, worn out, ranch house into a modern beauty that i absolutely love. She took my sketchy ideas and produced amazing, practical realities. Victoria spent hours taking me to showrooms to select fixtures, flooring, lighting, granite, and paint. She coordinated all the subcontractor s and ensured that all work was completed perfectly. If I ever need to remodel again, Victoria and Cabinets Unlimited would be ones working with me.

Do not use this company! I had the worst experience with this company and more specifically Victoria. I first made an appt a couple months ago after calling and speaking with Victoria over the phone. I came in for my appt which was a very informal discussion about what a wanted in my new kitchen. She seemed to make minimal notes and just agreed with my ideas and said that everything was doable. She said she would have a quote in a week. She emailed me the quote a week later with only numbers and no details about the cabinets and what features were included with this quote. So I emailed her an asked and she said that would be done after a $200 dollar measurement consultation. So I emailed her asking her to set that up. She didn’t email me back and I had to email again and she eventually got back to me and scheduled an appt. by this time 1 month had gone by. At the appt she had a drawing that completely ignored a lot of what I had said in our in person meetings. In the drawing she had moved my dishwasher into the middle of my galley kitchen... I guess I am just supposed to jump over it to take my plates from the table to the sink. She didn’t have the pantry on the drawing and had a large cabinet placed where it wouldn’t work. I reiterated my wishes and she acted a bit annoyed that I was questioning her design. At the end of the appt she said she would have a more detailed bid in a week. I emailed her 3 weeks later after not hearing anything and just asked if she needed any more information and what the eta on the bid was as I have a timeline for my kitchen remodel. What she emailed back was so rude and unprofessional I was so taken back! She said her husband was sick and that she couldn’t meet my deadline. Which is still 3 months away so it really should be plenty of time. Anyways, she went on to say that her “time and ideas are a gift given to you”. Which is so rude and unprofessional considering she just wasted 2 months of my time and she never gave me anything except some numbers on a paper. And she completely ignored my ideas and wishes for my kitchen. She needs to get with the times and order some software for kitchen remodels and not be so unprofessional and waste peoples time. Do not use this unprofessional company it will only leave you behind your remodel and dealing with someone who obviously doesn’t care about their customers.
