Some of the best Italian in the city! Cachio e Pepe, the signature dish, is a wonderful spaghetti with pecorino Romano and black pepper - the mac and cheese of Italy. The gnocchi with wild boar ragu is amazing as well. If you're looking for great pasta in NYC, this restaurant should be at the top of your list.
Phenomenal food in an intimate setting. As authentic of a Roman pasta experience as you can get outside of Italy.
