This company has the potential to be one of the best machine shops in all of Arizona but unfortunately it has a few bad apples and the lack of communication have made it almost impossible to succeed (unless you have family working there to save your butt) I've watched hard-working people get fired without even having one write up. A big part of getting better at your job or preparing for the future is when you're told what you're doing wrong so you can fix it and improve your work. That WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE. You'll simple be fired. I miss a lot of people at C.A.D. and it really does have some of the coolest managers and workers around and I'd still recommend this shop to anyone looking for good work.
