We went on Friday evening around 7:30pm and the wait was less than 10 minutes. When we ordered the appetizers and main dishes, those came out pretty quickly but then downside the service slowed down quite a bit when it came to dessert and getting the check. The Cadillac wings were fantastic! They had an amazing crunch and the sauce was very good. The pulled pork sandwich was also good it had crispy onions and bacon on it which was different. The only other downside is that parties of 4 automatically receive 18% gratuity, which for a family of 5 sucks, but our waiter was great so we still left a tip. The negatives were minor so overall we highly recommend!
Our party of 5 included myself, my wife and our 3 daughters. We were pleased that everyone found something on the menu that they were happy with, so the selection is decent. The food quality is mediocre at best, although, everyone enjoyed their food. The takeaway here is that even medeocre food done well is better than fancy food done poorly. Service was average... Not especially good nor especially bad.
It was ok...... Food selections were very little. I ate across the street last time I was in town. Place was expensive but great. However, I love Cadillacs and I saw that they had riding across the street. Therefore, I promised myself that I would drive back up just to check the place out. I wanted ribs so badly, unfortunately they only had the option of BBQ ribs and chicken and I dislike regular BBQ neither did I want the chicken. I just wanted ribs, I was told that I couldn't get it that way from the waitress‼ I've NEVER been to a restaurant/bar/etc and haven't been able to order what u want how I wanted it! Don't believe me? Ask my wife, she'll confirm. To be honest I would've left but everything in the area had a 2hr wait compared to their hr wait. All in all wasn't worth the 2and a half hr drive. I'm should've met with a manager but I didn't want to ruin our day date
If you go during busy times the service will be pretty low. Meaning no water, no refills, no drinks on time, missing food, veryyy grumpy waitress etc. But if you go when it's not very busy then you can expect good service of course depends on waiter. Overall food very good! Alfredo pasta was a bit spicy but still delicious! Loved the salmon!
The place looks good, and ample. Food was good. Perhaps a good place for meeting friends and quick beers. I don’t think the food is disappointing but it could be improved. Service do all they can to help. An overall positive experience.
This restaurant is located at National Harbour. The service was good and it was not a long wait. There was a decent amount of people dining on a Saturday night. The food and drinks were on point.Food: 4/5
We went during happy hour and you can only be at the bar or patio area for the happy hour prices. I had the pulled pork sliders which were really good and the classic margarita, which I'm very particular about and the first one was perfectly delicious. So much so that I ordered a second one. I'm pretty sure they left out the simple syrup or the triple sec because it was more sour and not any sweet in it. They were pretty busy because there was a conference in town but there was one table in the patio that got all the attention from not only the server for that table but also our server. Meanwhile the manager was standing near the drink station doing nothing when he could have at least been filling water glasses for all the tables.
We almost passed this place up because of the reviews. We were glad we didn't. Gabby, our waitress was awesome. The loaded fries, burger and tacos were all good.
The music was a little too loud. It was hard to communicate with people at the table. But, the food and desserts were great! Most of the meals are about $14-$17, there are some that are $20-$26.
Enjoyed a nice Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, jumbo wings "1/2" lb, and Cadillac Fries. My server was very nice and attentive, coming back multiple times to ensure I didn't need anything and that the food was good. The place was clean, including the restrooms. I have no complaints about this restaurant and will more then likely revisit soon.
