Extremely reasonable prices! It’s worth checking out! My wife and I got the chicharron tacos, if you don’t like corn tortilla’s like me you may want to avoid the tacos. We also got the burrito and that’s for sure something to try again. It was great. It was different from other burritos but it tasted very fresh. They have this green and red sauce they give you too and the red is super spicy. The green is spicy too but oh wow it’s delicious.
So worth it!! Small but incredibly good, fresh, & cheap. Only 4 choices to the menu, but there's nothing wrong with that 'cause everything is made with love. The guacamole is out of this world, made while you wait. Everything is homemade, the meat is cooked on a small grill near the outside eating area. Social distancing is built in, as there's only outside eating & the tables are spaced properly.
I cannot drive past here without getting steak tacos!!! Best in Louisville authentic and amazing service I love the family they're so nice and professional hard working people. Don't FORGET THE GREEN Jalapenos SAUCE HOMEMADE FOR FLAVOR their version of taco sauce !!!!
Cafe Aroma is the real deal. Best street tacos in Louisville. Simple, authentic Mexican food. Still an excellent value too as they haven't raised their taco prices like other places.
My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at this little, seemingly family-owned & operated restaurant. The chicken quesadilla was delicious! I'm eager to try this spot again.
Tostadas were great! cute little family place with good food!
The menu is very short. Good service.Food: 2/5
This is not the place to come if you’re looking for ambiance and fancy decor. But if you don’t care about those things and want delicious tacos check this place out! Ordered the guacamole and it was made fresh and was a huge portion. Any other restaurant would be charging $9+ for that much and it was only $4.50. I also had one of each taco, they offer four varieties. All were delicious but I’d highly recommend the chorizo and pastor. In addition to the menu they have some grocery items. We purchased a package of fresh corn tortillas for only $1. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
The staff was pretty nice, they look very friendly, the place is like a kind of restaurant/store, looks like an improvisated place or is begining, which is fine, they have really big daily promotions, a plate with a lot of food. The only thing and this could be very subjective,is that the tacos aren't that great, I tried all different flavors, but I don't like anyone, sure the tortilla was great, but the beef, the asada, the pastor and chicken, they all have a very particular taste....not good for me, but maybe that's what makes great this place, I mean, there were a lot of people there, but for me it wasn't great. And the prices are different from any menu they gave us.
SUPER good tacos! They don't serve alcohol, and you are kind of sitting in half of a grocery store but it's really cheap and great for a quick bite. Tiny menu, they make the portions a good size though and the guac was very fresh.
