Cafe Kia-Ora

Dropped in for an impromptu lunch with my daughter. First time here and was not sure what to expect. We both were please with the food and service. We ordered Gyro with Sweet Potatoe fries and curry Chicken Salad Sandwich with bowl of fruit. Also had ice coffee.

Pretty good chicken Caesar salad, but could have done without the olives. The bacon and cheese on it was very good though. There was a short wait time for them to prepare it, but it was not too bad. Only about 10 minutes. The sweet tea was not overly sweet, it was just right.

This is a hidden gem. It's a great place to grab a kid lunch. The staff are always friendly, the food is delicious and prepared quickly.

Small cafe serving breakfast and lunch along with muffins and coffee/tea during the day. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Small seating area for dining in. Lunch menu is simple: salads, soup and sandwiches, with enough variety to find something different beach day.

Always consistently good service and food quality! Great for lunch during the week.

This place used to be the best for breakfast. But the service, wait times, and serving sizes have all collapsed in the past month or so. You used to get a piping hot breakfast that could hold you to the afternoon. Now the orders barely fill half the styrofoam container and still took 25 min to get my order when it used to be 10.

Delicious curry chicken salad! Nice change of pace for lunch. So pleased for the recommendation!! Try it!

The food is EXCELLENT! Jim the chef and owner is fanominal. I eat there everyday for breakfast and lunch and have NEVER had a bad meal! Not only is the food awesome but so is the staff. They are very friendly and efficient. If you haven't tried Cafe Kia Ora you are missing out!
