Cafe Thuy Van

One of the local hidden gems here in Louisville KY. If you're looking for a great affordable authentic Vietnamese restaurant without hurting the bank, then this is it. Plenty of dishes to choose from and the quantity they give is abundant. Cash only, well worth a visit. Flavors, taste, and authenticity at its finest.

What a gem!!! Hands down the best Pho in town! The Beef Stew was absolutely delicious! The service was great. Would give 5 stars but had to leave after ordering to get cash as, at the time of my visit they only accepted cash. Will definitely be coming back!!

My favorite restaurant in Louisville. I've been to Vietnam several times and Cafe Thuy Van is the closest you can get to eating authentic street food like you are in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh! Make sure to to try all the appetizers, the Com Dac Biet #11 and the Bun Thit Nuong #16.

What a great place for authentic food! I will compare this to any other Vietnamese restaurant in the city and this place stands at the top. Great service too! I highly recommend!

Best Pho we have found in Louisville so far! The sliced beef was so tender and the broth was flavorful. Service was fast and friendly. Way better than Vietnam Kitchen! We will definitely be back!
