Best Banh MI sandwiches and drinks! Tried the over easy egg sandwich #11 and a #1 that has very unique and delicious meats on it. Fresh bread, crunchy yet soft. Also grabbed some fresh sesame balls with white bean paste. They had alternative milks so had an iced coffee with coconut milk and sugar. Also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, creamy and just sweet enough. A must try for a quick eat!
Amazed by the quality and value of our food! If I could give them 6 stars I would. We got #62, a grilled chicken noodle bowl and #6, a pork sandwich. The bread was phenomenal and the meat was grilled perfectly. It's a little local hole in the wall with authentic and quick Vietnamese food. I highly recommend!
Best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten! Seriously we try a lot of places and this was amazing. Perfect flavor. The lemongrass beef sandwich was out favorite. Which they did say they only serve lemongrass on weekends. No dine in but they do have a couple of benches outside their shop.
I had not been to this place in ten years. My friend from Seattle recommended this place. I also saw a blue bloods episode where they ate banh mi. I was not disappointed. I ordered the #1 Coda Combo. Awesome fresh baguette, sweet flavor of meats assembled by a crew of Vietnamese women who could be my grand ma. Fast and friendly service. You won't be disappointed. Try them out. The best banh mi in NM.
Bahn mi to die for and fresh, delicious baked goods. What more could you want? I tried this place for the first time today because of its stellar reputation and great reviews. I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. Absolutely the best Bahn Mi sandwich that I have ever had! I spotted a puffed pastry filled with chicken and it looked so good that I had to buy that as well. I ate both, they were so wonderful. Now I'm stuffed but happily so.
Delicious only begins to describe the food. We came for lunch for the banh mi sandwiches, but there were so many other delicious looking food items available. Upon entering, there are pictures of many of their banh mi sandwich offerings, but fortunately I looked at menu behind the counter and saw more options. I ordered the number 13, Ca Mui sardines with onion in tomato sauce and it was absolutely delicious! Way exceeded any expectations I had. Everyone with us also thoroughly enjoyed their meals. It was so good we came back the following day, I ordered the same banh mi sandwich and enjoyed it as much, a colleague ordered the same as me and also thoroughly enjoyed it. This is my new go to spot to grab lunch when I'm visiting Albuquerque
Very tasty. They have bowls and sandwiches. I got a 12” sandwich with double meat for $13. It was delicious. They have tables outside for outdoor dining.
Delicious #1 with cilantro, peppers, pate, 3 types of ham or something, all in a beautifully crunchy baguette! The counter was filled with other delicacies and crisp tofu I will be back to try. Unfortunately only dining is outside and filled with trash but I highly recommend for take out! It’s about 8 dollars plus tip per super long sandwich.
Coda bakery is a gem. The noodle bowl portion size is huge with a healthy serving of meat and fresh veggies. The food is delicious and service is efficient and polite. I will be back again and again.
Coda Bakery hands down has the best Bahn Mi sandwiches in the city. I’ve been going here for years and I am never disappointed with the food. I’ve had everything on the menu and generally favor the grilled shrimp/pork sausage and the beef lemongrass sandwiches. The noodle bowls, spring rolls, and the shakes are always on point. I also always get the fried tofu with every meal with the occasional sesame balls. The staff is friendly and keep up with the orders when the place gets really busy during the lunch hours. This place one of the best places to eat in Albuquerque and strongly recommend it to anyone that is visiting in ABQ or lives here and haven’t yet tried it. This place is amazing!
