Excellent spot for a sandwich, snack or lunch. An added bonus if it's right in the building you work. It's my new go to lunch spot in Silver Spring! Orders are prepared quick & with a smile. The owner is super friendly as well. Right on ground floor of Metropolitan Bldg. Don't miss it.

I met God here, said this is where he likes to go on break. Seriously tho everything is awesome and maw and pop make everyone feel welcomed. Not going here for lunch and not try the Norfolk is a crime you know. Js

I was praying for this deli to survive covid and it did. That tells you how good this place is! My goto place for deli food/lunch.

Great spot right in metropolitan bldg yummy sandwichess& sides plus daily specials. So convient when you work in the bldg & don't have tons of time for lunch. Will keep coming back.

Food was good for the price, prepared super quickly, and everyone working there was very friendly. If you're looking for a very quick, cheap, no frills to go breakfast on the way to work, definitely a good place to stop.

I love this place. Here for a week work trip and glad I heard about it. Fresh amazing muffins every morning. Great quick breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Huge lunches too

Cheese omelet with roasted potatoes and rye toast. It was exactly what I needed.
