Cafe Zupas

A friend had recommended Zupas for it's healthy menu options, and I'm so glad I went! As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a good meal. The environment is very modern and clean- feeling. Just under the large menu on the wall you see the fresh ingredients they use in a refrigerated display. My husband and I split a pesto chicken sandwich and a large quinoa protein bowl. His sandwich would not have been filling enough, so he was glad to split the bowl, which was huge! We also decided to try a brownie- they display all the desserts right before you pay- well placed on their part. The staff also gifted us two chocolate covered strawberries. We also split one of their infused juice beverages- yum! Everything we ate was delicious! I couldn't believe how fresh my bowl was- not one vegetable in there was wilted nor questionable. I will be back and look forward to trying one of the soups.

3 kids and 2 adults. Everyone was able to find something to their liking. Great variety for their combination meals. Two kids ordered the regular chicken noodle soup "Great" "good balance of noodles and vegetables" they enjoyed the cracker options both oyster and saltine and the rolls that came with the soup were fluffy and a little sweet. So delicious! One kid ordered from the kid menu the grilled cheese and fruit cup. They thought the grilled cheese was very gourmet. One adult ordered the chipotle pork salad and a Cuban sandwich. Both of those items had balanced flavors. The other adult had the Chicken Enchilada Chili with was smooth and creamy. The flavors were exciting but not spicy. The adults agreed the salads with the premixed dressing was a perfect amount where you got the flavor but your salad wasn't drowning in dressing. Everyone LOVED the chocolate dipped strawberries! We will be back and make sure we save room for dessert! Vegetarian options: Lots of variety for all types of eaters! Kid-friendliness: Great options with drink included! Dietary restrictions: You can customize most items to your liking.

All options I've tried so far are tasty. Not overly cheap, but worth the healthy aspect of the food.Food: 5/5

Disappointed. Ordered online from app. Curbside service. Waited 5 min past promised time even after verifying arrival from app. 4 dinners in the restaurant, 3-4 workers behind the counter and manager at the ordering station. No customers waiting. Walked in, not angry and said I had been waiting for my order outside. Manager doesn't even say sorry, yells across the dining room to one of the staff to check for my order and I have to walk over to get it. Food was just OK. Won't be going back anytime soon.

My cousin suggested this place. I'd never been there before. It works for her because she's on Weight Watchers. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad. The included chocolate covered strawberry was just the right end to the meal. My cousin was disappointed that they didn't have coffee.Food: 5/5

Used to love coming here but since online ordering has picked up. I feel the employees ignore the people in line. I had to tell the multiple times what I wanted and had wait for them to get the items they forgot. Customer service here has fallen big time. Not once was I welcomed here today bona Monday when they were slow with walk I traffic. Portion sizes have also shrunk. I understand that but it sucks to order a meal that normally filled me up and now leaves me hungry.

I was really pleased with this place. Service was nice and relatively quick. I had the Thai Noodle Salad, which was my first time eating any kind of unique salad like that, but it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be going back to try some more of their salads

We Absolutely adore this place! We're gluten and lectin free and this is a healthy meal out and a treat! Their mushroom soup is amazing! I always buy add in chicken for more protein! Superb salads.. excellent staff!!Food: 5/5

Very fresh produce, everything is visible to customers! This a well oiled machine they are really in sync! The lobster bisque was very rich and flavourful! My mouth was extremely happy. The Cuban Sandwich was just ok. Not at all like a real Cuban. Sandwich! They sell beautiful brulée but that was to much food. BTW the portions are nice so desert might have to be "to go" lol You get a nice piece of bread for soup dipping and a complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry. Very clean, friendly staff. A completely unexpected treat!
