I had horrible experience with CAIRS' services. They kept on sending low level (Intermediate licensed), to the appointments, when I repeatedly requested for higher qualified interpreters (Master licensed preferred). YET, they kept on ignoring my requests. Same thing in the past, when I was taking some classes, they sent worst interpreters, hence I dropped out of college, thanks to CAIRS! DO NOT USE CAIRS for their interpreting services!!!!
