Dr. Schachtel was very attentive to my mom. She was very nervous about getting her cavity filled but the doctor made her feel very comfortable. Highly recommended for the service at this location. Also, Emily and Lora helped me feel welcomed and assured the procedure would go well.

This was my first visit to this dental office The dentist and all his staff are exceptional in knowledge, dedication,professionalism.....and I can go on for ever. I have always not loved going to the dentist, but CitiDental Group is different. I was referred here, and since my referral I have referred 3 other people to this same office! What I love. The Lobby is modern and chic, so it feels more like a spa or salon then a dentist office. My hygienist is so nice, and it feels like hanging out with a friend who cleans my choppers vs some random person. When I have had cavities filled the dentist has been kind and GENTLE. I hate any kind of needles, and I have to say I have zero anxiety when I go to them. I know I am being taken care of in a MODERN CLEAN space. Thank you City Dental! Their front desk people are also always so nice and fun! Bottom line my teeth and oral hygiene are best ever since going to this fine group!

Had a 5pm appointment made 6 months ago for another cleaning. I confirmed it 2 days before. Then they call me same day and say the staff wants to leave 5pm so can I come at 4pm? I say it not convenient but I will try 4.30pm so I cancel a work meeting to get there on time. I show up 4.25pm then they make me wait til 5.15pm. I left. They told me they were “squeezing me in”. I made appointment 6 months ago and I rescheduled my afternoon for you guys and you are “squeezing me in”! What a joke, amazing how doctors and dentists think they are the only business out there that can charge their customers $100s of dollars and still disrespect them.

1. Bills before claim processed. 2. They also do not accept contracted EOB for refunds. They only accept checks from insurance as the estimation of benefits. 3. Billed wrong insurance when notified both prior and during appointment with new insurance information. I was told they use a 3rd party biller. 4. 3-stars due to normally has quick scheduling of appointments. Receptionist was nice and helped with a interim solution. Billing did not want to refund the hundreds over charged on flex card, but reception allowed me to charge bill on CC in order to refund the flex card that billing did not want to refund.

Updated: October 2022 My review from previously still stands true. Assistant Dori was always so lovely and kind, Emily and Lyla were awesome and above all Dr. Ahmadi was one of a kind. Very thorough, personal and most importantly provides the highest quality of expertise my Orthodontist, upon inspecting the crown that was put in, complimented on his beautiful work. Highly recommend ! _________ I was referred to this office by an acquaintance and I must say I am very pleased by the courteous and friendly service you get here. From the warm and welcoming front desk , to the office manager thank you Davina! to the doctor and the assistant thank you Klint who was very kind and patient toward my million questions . At the end of the service be it cleaning or anything else, you are given a warm towel to use however you please - very thoughtful Overall a great experience. I will be returning and would highly recommend friends and family to come here.

Today was my first appointment. I was completely terrified. I haven't been to the dentist in a very, very, very, very long time. The hygienists were friendly and with small talk and humor made me feel completely comfortable. I received a deep cleaning. The dentist was amazing. She was patient, took her time, and even gave my mouth a five minute break. The financial piece was explained to me very clearly. All the staff were friendly; from scheduling my initial appointment to when I was checked in for my appointment, and up to when I left. I am completely relieved that I went the dentist. However, I am even more satisfied that it was with CitiDentalGroup. I have another appointment in two weeks and I look forward to it. I actually look forward to it! Thank you for making my "first experience" at the dentist phenomenal!

Great manner. Very pleasant staff. I am paranoid of going to the dentist. But here I was relaxed. When I tell you they were great, they were great. No pain, even with the x-ray and cleaning of the teeth. Everything is on premises. No going outside to get extra work done. My co-pays was very reasonable and you pay as you go. My experience at Dental365 VitiDentalGroup was a pleasant experience. The reception staff were courteous and professional. The office is well maintained as far as cleanliness. The staff of Dental Assistants were helpful. The person I appreciate the most is Dr. Schachtel. He has been practicing his craft for over 26 years. Just from meeting him and talking to him, he enjoys what he does. He has been practicing his craft for over 26 years. Meeting him and talking to him let me know that he truly enjoys his job. I am looking forward to going to this Dentist.

Great office located in midtown. The entire staff is amazing and welcoming. I went for a check up and cleaning today. Leah immediately made me feel I was in good hands. She is extremely caring, professional and informative. I received some great advice on flossing and gum care that I'm excited to try and follow. She was very pleasant to chat with, it felt like I'm having a drink vs. sitting in a dentist chair : Will be definitely coming back.
