We ordered the oysters and the Cajun seafood boil. Both were delicious and fresh. It was a bit pricey for the portion size and had quite a limited menu. The Cajun seafood boil was €52 and supposedly not meant for 2 people. Overall, good experience!!
To our surprise we found a place in our neighborhood that does jambalayla & seafood boil! We came for dinner, had a very lovely time, and Alla was a kind and accommodating host. The food was fresh and tasty. We want to come back for lunch, and hopefully with friends who want to explore NOLA flavors.
Let me start off by saying the restaurant is really small and you will become close with the table next to yours. I, 100% recommend making reservations. That being said, the food is worth it. I originally chose the restaurant because their online menu had fried oysters and a cajun seafood boil. My reservation was for late at night, so by the time I got there they ran out of fried oysters. But, the lady running the place recommended Jacknife Clams for a starter. They were really good. For my main meal I ordered a Lobster Roll and fries. The baguette for the roll was soft and buttery. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the dressing was light, but flavourful. The fries came with a house made dipping sauce that was almost really good. The lady next to me ordered the lobster tail with bisque sauce and the tail was huge! The wait staff was really nice, although at times it seemed like they were a little impatient with clearing the table. Maybe because it was the end of the night. Overall, I had a really good experience and I was able to satisfy my seafood craving.
Very tiny spot out from the madness of crowds The menu is small , not so many variety as they serve different sort of shrimps . That day they run out of whelks and no foie gras so we taken the degustation menu Boys those were the most tasty , tantalizing , incredibly sweet shrimps and langoustine i have ever tried and i own a restaurant chain , i know my stuff The crab was absolutely incredible , juicy , tender and really , i dont know if i have ever eaten anything fresher The oysters were also different, i ordered 6 and 3 of them were special kind that come with a special seaweed, and damn if there were the best i ve ever tried The champagne is very reasonably priced and is a killer The Pavlova was so delicious , fresh fruit and cream beaten at the moment Very very recommended
Very nice seafood restaurant. Very tasty. I would definitely recommend it. Pavlov a desert was also big and delicious
The service was really good and friendly. We ate the gombo with chicken and seafood and the Cajun boil with chicken and seafood. Both were really good. The gombo was really flavorful and the mussels were perfect. As a dessert we had super tasty coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell. Would recommend! Good white wine as well
Very yummy and fresh seafood. We tried the caviar, the wakame salad, the seafood platter and the dessert. All of it was super fresh and tasty. The staff is really kind and nice.
The loveliest staff, and gorgeous fresh seafood. They recommend a great wine, and made some order suggestions based on their current catch. Fave dishes: Tuna sashimi, tarama, lobster roll, oysters. Thank you!
If you grave for amazing seafood, then you should definitely come here! Just make sure that you reserve a table because it is a small cosy place.
