Jessica Bouren has combined both her artistic background and her love for baking to become Detroit's leading pioneer in cake sculpture and cake art. Also known as "The Cake Sniper313," Jessica's wildly unique style and designs set her apart from more traditional style wedding and event cakes. In 2012 while working as the Executive Pastry Chef of the Whitney Restaurant in Detroit, she won Hour Detroit's Best Desserts Award for 2012. With 15 years experience working in the food industry and a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art & Interior Design, she is able to apply her skills and knowledge in extraordinary ways when designing cakes.
