They are the worst.  The are over priced they lie and they are dishonest.  Also their accounting is horrible.  I was a customer for 17 years.  Not any more.  Do yourself a favor and do a quick google search and find someone else.  They will be cheaper and more honest.

Definitely one of the worst fire protection service companies I have ever experienced. Extremely poor billing and customer service.
