I was in need for fabric for my gaming chair ! I sought out this place called calico corners and the experience was exceptional !!!! 10/10 would recommend. They are very helpful and know exactly how to recreate the idea you have imagined.
During the past 2 years, during a major home remodel, Calico Corners has outfitted our home with beautiful draperies, shutters and numerous pieces of furniture. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. The selections Calico Coners offers are extensive and provided us with the perfect options we were looking for to furnish our home with fantastic custom draperies, shutters and furniture. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and offered excellent design advice. Of course delivery times during the past two years were longer than normal due to COVID, but that was expected. The result at the end was definitely worth the wait. Thank you Calico team.
I love Calico! I have used them several times over the years fabric, upholstery, and most recently window treatments and have found their work both excellent and reasonably priced. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and engaging and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
Had custom drapes made. Fit, quality and service was perfect. Will be back for my next project.
As a business owner I am here to say this woman lead business provided me the most fantastic service, highest quality work, and it sure was a pleasure to have my projects completed by them. I was so overwhelmed with my new home and worked one-on-one with the owner Jennie who ensured me my new window treatments, bedding, and furniture would compliment my space and boy was she right! I just had everything installed and although there was a wait which is very understandable during these unprecedented times, I wouldn’t change a thing about the process and the outcome. Highly recommend!
I am so disappointed by the service. The quality is great, however the communication, process and cost are less than desirable. These are all privately owned and whomever owns this location must not care what the customer experience is about. It’s truly pathetic how they treat you as a customer. Also, the representatives work only a couple days a month so they are clueless and tell you to contact back when your rep is working. The process needs a huge overhaul. I am happy I found an independent person for I can’t stomach this place anymore. Awful experience every time!! Shame on you.
Great fabric choices. It is expensive in general. They charge quite a bit to just come and measure along with install. It is $300.00 for this and one window is just long panels which is instal a rod and hang. I think this is a bit outrageous. Many other outfits include the install and charge $75.00 for measurements. I also struggled with the schedules of the customer service reps. I got a quote, never got a follow up and could have lost the sale price if they hadn't honored it. Then I paid well over 75% up front and told 6-8 weeks to find it will be more like 10 and I'm going to say 12 weeks to get final installed product. They make you feel like your putting them out, however your spending $$$$$$$$$.
Very disappointed. Paid to have measurements completed. Finished our selections only to be told we would have to make a measurement ourselves or pay to have the measurement again.
Besides bakeries, I like to check fabric and craft stores when traveling. If you go to a local store, they sometimes have different fabric than the chain stores. They also normally have more samples displayed and sometimes offer classes.
The store is severely lacking in customer service. I walked into the store during a weekday and I was the only customer in the store and I was not addressed by anyone until I complained. When I placed my order for some trim I was told it would be shipped to my house and it was delivered to the store. Also after I purchased fabric three days later it went on sale and they would not give me the sale price. I was even told that they know about the sale a week in advance when I asked for a credit. Wouldn't you think that the sales person would have said Hey, we have a sale starting in a few days, you might want to wait? I will think twice before I shop there again for fabric.
