Exceptional! I dropped in without an appointment with broke boat in tow. Mechanic stopped what he was doing and helped me find a blown fuse. He new exactly what to do and went above and beyond. Rare to find this kind of friendly, knowledgeable service anywhere. Found my new boat guy!

Decent selection of boats. Should be easier to access after the construction on 109 is finished.

my wife & had been thinking about a new boat for 2yrs, finally one Saturday we went out to nail one down. Calico's was our first stop after 3 more stops we were back where we started. Pete was great, he listened to our wants, advised us on things we should think about, & had no issues uncovering any boat we wanted to look at. signed papers that evening and picked up our boat 5 days later. after the first run we had some small issues to be addressed. Pete told us to bring it up directly and their immediately set to make the issues go away.

Had a signed sales agreement with Calico Jacks and they canceled it. They had agreed to give me a certain amount for my boat towards trade on a new Starcraft and after numerous conversations, pictures and discussions with the sales manager about the condition of my boat they called back and cancelled the deal. I dropped the boat off on a Saturday and they didn't call until Wednesday to tell me they wouldn't honor the agreement. Very poor way to do business. Luckily I was able to get the same trade in value that was promised to me by Calico Jacks by SMI Marine in Louisville and the new boat was actually cheaper. It will be here in April which is faster then Calico Jacks could get it here anyway.
