my fridge been out of service from 4-27-17 until now Ahmad, the first tech just cleaned vent and turned the fridge back on. kept promising part would arrive came 6-14-17 after promised 5-16-17 no calls then when called saying tech would be out, 6-12 was no call no show spoke to Dorky she did not know why request to speak with the supervisor Daryl he failed to call second tech Johnny came said he should have called and told me to defrost because of the ice build up still put in part fridge is cool not blowing cold air perhaps ice blockage that is not melting which was the original problem. poor work, customer service skills, professionalism, don't care about your customers. 25 bbb complaints awful work!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT ever use this company. They rescheduled me 4 times and Elizabeth at the front desk started ignoring my calls. I was on hold for 45 mins so I grabbed my wife's phone called and they picked up almost right away. Obviously They are screening calls. Apparently Darrell the manager doesn't have a phone because you cant get ahold of him. This company is a joke!!!

We have been trying to get our IKEA (Whirlpool) range fixed by them under our warranty for a few months now. I have called and emailed them multiple times, but no one picks up the phone or gets back to you. Absolutely terrible. I am calling IKEA back and telling them that they need to cancel this and send out another company.

This company has come to our home repeatedly for 2 years. They have yet to fix the problem with our Kitchen Aid refrigerator, we found out through pacific sales that they denied our warranty claim to fix our refrigerator and have not even contacted us to let us know that . And now we are unable to contact them by phone or internet! No returned calls or follow-up. Pacific Sales uses this worthless company to service their warranty claims and Pacific Sales is about as competent as them - not very! We are trying to deal with Pacific Sales now, waiting until tomorrow to see if they return our call.

Our refrigerator broke and we had to use this company as it was the only one we could use under our Best Buy warranty. Never again!
A technician came out over a month ago to tell us that they needed to order a part and it would take 8 to 10 business days to get there. After 10 days, we received no calls to confirm the part's arrival or to schedule service. We had to call them to learn that the part was on back order and would take about two weeks to get there. No apologies. No scheduled installation time.
Two weeks later and, again, we had to call them to schedule an appointment, which was supposed to be today sometime between 8am and 12pm. Surprise, they never showed up! We called to ask what was happening and were sent to a voicemail saying everyone was on an hour lunch break.
In conclusion, we've been out a refrigerator for over a month and have no idea when or if it will be repaired by this company. Word of advice, if your warranty covers service from C.A.T., Inc., demand coverage under another company or just pay someone else to fix your appliances. It's not worth the hassle.
