I came @8:30 on a Friday because the store hours are 9-8 f-s and they did not show up till 10 saying I had stuff to do, then I had to wait another 15 mins for them to take their sweet time to open up, then had to wait another 15 mins for the person to install my speakers to show up. Not proper service!!!! And they called me after I left stating that I'm not allowed to come back because of a one-star review I can't help it that they did not want to open up when they're supposed to. It states on the door 9-8 for Fridays and Saturdays.

The sales rep did not seem very interested in making the sale and I felt like he was pre-qualifying me as if I wasn't going to buy anything or didn't have enough money to purchase the product
