Worst clinic ever. The wait time its horrible. I call and was told to go cause they weren't busy. Got there and 2 hours to get inside for vitals .. Definitely changing clinics. Avoid this horrible place.

Worst clinic I have ever stepped into. The Dr is beyond rude, he definitely needs to learn some manners. The front desk isn't too bad but could definitely learn some skills. But back to the Dr. I took my father in to get some results and first thing he says is "get out of here we don't need you, there's no reason for you here" First you could ask nicely, second my father speaks no English, and third just because you're a Dr doesn't give you the right to treat someone like they're a piece of dirt. First thing I'm doing when I get home is changing Dr's for my father this jerk doesn't deserve clientele.

I will start off by saying i have never stepped Inside this establishment. I would just like to describe what was like just trying to schedule an appointment. For several months i tried to schedule an appointment with this clinic (they do walk ins but i didnt wanna feel rushed when i saw the doc so i wanted to make sure if i was there it was for an appointment) everytime i called they kept trying to convince me to just walk in and when i insisted that i would rather go by appointment they told me i would have to wait almost 2 months. So i called 2 to 3 times a month since december to try and schedule an appointment and when i finally got one ( end of may) they called me to not only cancel my appointment( they told me the doctor had an emergency) but i couldnt reschedule because they didnt know when the doc was returning.they called me 2 days before my appointment and offered to let me see a different doc which i declined. I spoke to an employee by the name of carmen who was very rude and tried to rush me off the phone each time i called ( i didnt speak to the same person everytime but i knew when it was said associate because of her very dry and rude personality. Would not recommend.

It was a great experience for me ive been going for almost 5 years and I can say they are more than compassionate peaople ill give them ten stars if I could and im going back tomorrow actually to see dr.trann

worst doctor doesn't care at all about his patients was in there earlier with my mother and daughter's and waited more than two hours. then my mother has difficulties hearing so i told the nurses i had to go back with her she said thats fine then doctor doesn't even acknowledged us walks back out and had a very rude attitude towards us and said to his nurse that he was not going in there to many people and he couldn't work and much other things. there were plenty other ways to go about it. your a doctor you should care more about your patients! I don't recommend this place unless they get more professional and less rude.
